DR. SRINIVASAN JAGANNATHAN
Dr. Srinivasan Jagannathan

Dr. Jagannathan is a Computer Scientist with extensive experience in the design, development, and analysis of a wide range of hardware, software, network, and database systems. Dr. Jagannathan specializes in the analysis of the architecture, design, and source code of complex technology products and has successfully analyzed numerous commercial products from the world's leading technology companies. Dr. Jagannathan has also served as a consulting technical expert in numerous technology litigation matters involving patent infringement, copyright infringement and trade secret misappropriation where he has helped clients with claim interpretation, technical analysis (including infringement and validity analysis under various doctrines), preparation of expert reports, deposition and witness preparation, and trial support. Dr. Jagannathan has provided expert testimony by deposition and in Court.
Dr. Jagannathan has conducted research and development on various topics in Computer Science including algorithms and intractability, multicast congestion control, network traffic prediction, network protocols, capacity planning and management, revenue oriented resource investments in data networks and infrastructure, and pricing of online content. He has taught Computer Science and conducted seminars on communication skills at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and has worked at Novell Inc. and Hewlett Packard Research Labs. Dr. Jagannathan has authored numerous publications and reviewed peer research for various conferences and journals of IEEE, ACM and Elsevier Publications on the topics of Computer Networking, the Internet, and Electronic Commerce. Dr. Jagannathan holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology at Kanpur, India, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he held a University of California Regents Special Fellowship for four consecutive years.
