For over 30 years, Dr. Kelly has consulted for industry and government. He holds degrees from Cambridge University, UK and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he was a Regents Fellow. He was a professor for 15 years at UCLA and the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB). He has served as a technical consultant in numerous engagements spanning a wide range of technologies in Computer Science and Engineering. He has also performed investigations of copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and patent infringement and has testified in federal and state courts. Dr. Kelly has authored many publications and is a member of IEEE and ACM.

Dr. Cummings has over 30 years of experience building high performance and highly reliable computing systems, including operating systems, networking systems, distributed client-server systems, wireless communications systems, real-time embedded systems, spacecraft systems, storage area networking systems, and backup/recovery systems. He architected and developed a significant portion of the software for the Mars Pathfinder spacecraft, which successfully deployed the first rover on the surface of Mars in 1997. He has also served on patent review boards, and has significant experience in patent infringement issues. Most recently before joining KTG, Dr. Cummings was the Vice President of Engineering for Asempra Technologies in Silicon Valley, named one of the top 10 storage startups of 2006. Dr. Cummings holds M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and an A.B. degree in Physics from Harvard University.

Dr. Jagannathan is a Computer Scientist with extensive experience in the design, development, and analysis of a wide range of hardware, software, network, and database systems. Dr. Jagannathan specializes in the analysis of the architecture, design, and source code of complex technology products and has successfully analyzed numerous commercial products from the world's leading technology companies. Dr. Jagannathan holds a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), India, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB), where he held a University of California Regents Special Fellowship for four consecutive years. Dr. Jagannathan has conducted research and development on various topics in Computer Science and Engineering. He has taught Computer Science at UCSB; and has worked at Novell Inc. and HP Labs Research.

Dr. Trial holds a Ph.D. in geology from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB). He was the recipient of a National Science Foundation Graduate Fellowship, and has taught geology and computer science at UCSB. Dr. Trial worked for several years at UCSB's Institute for Crustal Studies, where he performed computational fluid dynamic simulations, as well as system administration for the Magma Dynamics Lab. He has worked as a technical consultant for numerous clients in a wide variety of matters. His work has included reverse engineering, clean room development and evaluation, and software engineering, analysis, design, and implementation. Dr. Trial has also performed investigations of copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and patent infringement. He has authored numerous publications.
